VELORIA uses a WhatsApp-first inquiry flow so every product can be confirmed personally before an order is finalized.

How do I ask about a product?

Open the product page and tap the WhatsApp inquiry button. The message automatically includes the product name, link and price.

Can I request more photos?

Yes. Send the product link through WhatsApp and our team can help confirm additional views, details and availability.

Is there an online checkout?

No. VELORIA does not use a cart or online payment page. Product confirmation, payment details and delivery steps are handled through WhatsApp.

Will desktop and mobile show the same products?

Yes. The storefront is responsive and reads product information from the same commerce backend on desktop, phone and tablet.
